Individual Psychotherapy is conducted on One-to-One basis aim is to help client to come to a greater understanding of themselves & help them deal with their dilemma and paradoxes.
One-to-One session can have various agenda’s conveyed by the client example, stress, depression, anxiety, marital disharmony, etc. This form of therapy aims to help clients explore their thought, belief and emotions.
Helping them identify their core-belief affecting them undesirably shaped by their past experience. Individual psychotherapy is mainly consist of talking about themselves and their problems in a safe and judgement free space.
It can be difficult to deal with your problems alone, It's Okay to seek help.
